Whether your goal is for fitness, competition, or anything in between, we have a class to suit your need.
We offer classes for the beginners as well as advanced students. We even offer classes for those under the age of 12.

• Muay Thai
"Train Like A Thai, Fight Like A Thai"
The national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai is known for its rigorous and extreme conditioning. Class begins with a warm up which includes skipping, shadow boxing and other bodyweight exercises. Pad work and drilling with a partner follows to develop technique power, timing and speed. You will learn to use punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes. Classes finish with some conditioning exercises, bag work and a cool-down. Sparring is reserved for the more advanced levels under a supervised instructor. Train along with some of New Zealand's former and current champions and learn from one of New Zealands leading trainers, Stew Chambers
Beginners:
You don't have to be fit to start because the beginners class is designed to ease you into training. The emphasis is on teaching you the correct basic techniques that everyone can master while building your fitness at a steady rate. You are encouraged to push yourself as your fitness improves.
Intermediate:
Our intermediate classes are a step up from the beginners. For those that have been training for a year or more and want to learn more advanced techniques, this is the class for you. The class is fitness based incorporating the use of pads
Requirements: To start all you will need is a drink bottle and some comfortable clothes to train in. Thai shorts, t-shirt, hand wraps, and gloves are recommended. If sparring is involved additional equipment such as a mouthguard, groin guard and shin pads are compulsory.
Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
"Roll With It"
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a cutting edge fighting art developed from traditional Jiu-Jitsu by the Gracie family of Brazil. Even though Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu contains standup techniques for winning a fight, it is famous for its devastating ground fighting techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was specifically developed to allow a smaller person defeat a larger person by sophisticated application of leverage and technique. Gaining superior position on your opponent and applying various chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations which becomes the foundation for this fun martial art.
No matter if your interest is in fitness, self-defense, or just to have a great time, you'll love our program.
Requirements: Jiu Jitsu Gi, T shirt or rash vest.
Mixed Martial Arts
"Tap Out or Pass Out"
Our MMA classes are primarily focused towards competition. Many of our students compete in both amateur and professional events. However competition is not mandatory.
Our MMA classes focus on Kickboxing skills for striking and defence against strikes while standing, Wrestling to take your opponent down or defend your opponents takedowns and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to finish the fight on the ground or defend against your opponents strikes.
Box Fit
"Pack A Punch"
Our Box Fit workout is the"total body"- non contact 60min workout. This workout is for everyone, all skill levels are welcome, you don't need any previous experience with punching a bag to enjoy this class. We will teach you how to hit and move like the professionals do.
You will properly learn Rhythm/ Coordination, Stance/ Footwork, How to jump Rope,Punch Combinations, How to hit Heavy Bags and How to hit Focus Mitts & more!
Great for developing strength, rhythm, hand speed, foot speed eye/hand coordination, and is an awesome stress reliever.
As with any group class, you can work at your own level, So don't think you need to get fitter or stronger before you start the class
Personal Training
$60per hour or $40per 30min Personal training sessions are available for any of the programs we offer but they have to be set up by appointment only. Personal tuition enables you to get one on one instruction and will help you excel at a faster level. Tuition is available Mon - Sun at various times depending not only on your schedule, but ours as well For all personal tuition they must be scheduled by Stew or Tasha Chambers. No exceptions.
