Veronica moved to the Franklin area in 1991, noticing the lack of dining establishments opened O’Conner’s restaurant in the Pukekohe Township where she entertained a wonderful range of people, from politicians to entertainers with a loyal following that traveled from near and far to dine.
After seven successful years, prior to the arrival of her second child Veronica decided to sell the restaurant to take a break in order to raise the family.
During this time her passion for food continued and has evolved into Franklin Catering Company.
